A.How long is your delivery time?
A: We have a lot of waterproof box in our warehouse as stock. We can send the stock products in 3-5 working days.
If no stock, or not enough stock, we will check the delivery time with our production department. and then reply you in 24 hours.
B.How to ship my order ? Is it safe?
A: For small package, we will send it by Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS,TNT. That’s a Door to Door service.
For big packages, we will send them by Air or By Sea. We will use good packing and ensure the safety. We will be responsible to any product damage caused on delivery.
C.Could I put my logo on the label?
A:We provide professional OEM service.
D.Can we get the sample? Is it free?
A: We provide few plug socket samples free by courier, but you need pay the express.
E.I need your price list of all your waterproof box, do you have a price list ?
A:We do not have a price list of all of our plug socket. Because we have so many model, and it’s impossible to mark all of their price on a list.
